Open Question: Manicures for men? Pink and White, French tips? Okay for the sales person?

Manicures for men, do you think it is okay for guys to get pink and whites? A french style manicure, not as long as a woman's could be but much longer than a males are. Pretty and with white tips. Do you think these nails would be something to hold him back in the workplace? (sells insurance and financial products) or do you think most people don't really care one way or the other? Thanks!
