Open Question: Re: Insurance claims?

Last year I had an auto accident. My insurance company, or the company of the person who hit me, is refusing to pay 70% of my medical claims. They say that he coding my doctor used was not something they cover. What recourse do I have to get this paid? Would legal help be helpful? Could they be sued?
