Open Question: What Action can be taken to deter these time wasters?

A Relationship Manager from a Pvt. Insurance company posed as an Investor wanting to invest and calls me to his office, and then wants to give me, offer me, provide me, the Best Business Opportunities in the world. The Best Commissions that ULIPs have to offer, because he thinks that Mutual Funds is a no margin business and I should divert my clientele towards The ULIPs his company offers at a very high commission rate. WHAT ACTION CAN I TAKE AGAINST THESE OVER SMART & OVER ENTHUSTIATIC PEOPLE, WHO ARE MISERABLY WORKING ON UNEXEPTIONAL HIGH TARGETS ! ?
