Open Question: I'm really confused how to log into the candidate dashboard for the TSA?

I have recently applied a position with the TSA and they sent me an e-mail stating that I need to schedule for the computer test, but I can't access the candidate dashboard with the temporary password and my e-mail address as a user name. does the email address need to be capitalized for the user name? please help Thanks
