Open Question: I received my ppd check, 100% on my left hand, will I get anymore money, my claim Is still open?

My injury was in 2000, 100% on my ppd for my left hand. Will I receive anymore money at all in the future? My claim is still open as I still get treated for pain and depression. I accepted the ppd award but can I still get money if I settle my claim
