Open Question: HAS ANYONE WORKED FOR SURVIVAL INSURANCE?

I would like to know if anyone has worked for survival ins. and they can tell me a little bit about how they pay commission to their agents. if it's base pay plus commission or straight commission... or any other info. that you think might be helpful... Thanks in advance, Yesenia
