Open Question: For those of you with Medicaid?

I applied for Medicaid on April 28th. I did my phone interview on the 11th. And I turned in all my paperwork that they needed on the 14th. Its now the 20th. My question is, how long did it take you to get your paperwork verified and everything went through and you could at least print a temporary Medicaid card? And also, can I go to a doctors appointment with a temp card? And when did you get full benefits?
