Open Question: Can you still collect unemployment insurance while vacationing overseas?

I've heard that there are some people out there who collect unemployment insurance while they vacation out of the country. I'm just wondering if you can collect unemployment insurance if you spend 6 months or more while overseas? If not, do you have to pay the money back?
