Ok, so today I was sitting in a bus stop when suddenly (from no fault of my own or others around me) all the glass from the window pane smashed and went all over my head. Despite being really shaken up I did not recieve any injuries. Can I still claim for some sort of pay out? Im 15 and live in the UK if that makes any difference.
