Open Question: Workmans comp issues?

I worked for a hotel who while I was employed was injured incuring a medical expense of $170. I filled out Work mans comp papers with my manager and he took them and said hed take care of them. I also filled out papers for workmans comp with the urgant care. THe hotel has not paid the bill. I called a month ago to the hotel who said they would pay it. I had the Urgent care fax the workmans comp paper and the bill to the Hotel manager. It remains unpaid. I called the HR of the company and they will not return my call. I called the Ohio dept of labor who said that they could not find any record of this and that if its a private company workmans comp that they would not have records for it and could not help me? What can I do to force the company to pay this medical bill?
