Open Question: Where can I get a blood test for pregnancy? Currently Uninsured!?

I am currently uninsured, I will be getting insurance soon. I'm starting to think I'm pregnant but haven't taken a urine test yet, but I know the blood tests are more accurate. A few yrs ago I thought I was pregnant because I've taken 2 hpts that came out positive, the second day the line was fainter than the first day I took the test, so instead of playing guessing games and stressing myself out I went to the ER (made up this story) just so I can either get an ultrasound or a blood test. They did both urine and blood, the urine test came back negative and so did the blood test. the blood test was 2.0 and the nurse said it had to be 2.2 or more (I think) to be considered pregnant. I don't want to have to go back to the ER, make up another story, just to get a blood test. I live in NJ and I was wondering where I can go to get a blood test besides the hospital. Also with the hospital bill I went to charity and they paid it in full! I really want to avoid it though. Any suggestions would be helpful. thank you!
