miss universe 2011 winner

The Miss Universe 2011 pageant, held this year in Sao Paulo, Brazil, saw history being made when Miss Angola, Leila Lopes, was crowned as winner. The glittering show, hosted by Andy Cohen and Natalie Morales, saw the 25-year-old business student from Beguela in Angola receive her crown from last year’s Miss Universe winner, Miss Mexico. It was the 60th Miss Universe pageant and Leila Lopes competed with 88 other competitors. Only one Miss Angola had previously made the top ten until Leila Lopes this year finally reigned supreme.
