the condo i live in floods itself about once a week due to a problem with the foundation of the condo, we think that the condo itself was built wrong. the condo is at the lowest spot of all of them nearby so water from underground often comes up through the foundation and fills my basement. i dont think i am responsible for this but the condo association says they are not legally responsible for it. does anyone well versed in this sort of issue know who would have to pay for it? i am near poverty level so i cannot afford a lawyer or to actually pay for any legal advice. but if anyone would be kind enough to tell me if they would have to pay and maybe post a link to some site that i could use as proof? i live in michigan thanks for your help
