Does anyone know whether or not If I get an attorney to represent me this late in my case whether I will have to switch up my doctors? My Qualified Medical Evaluator so far has been good and has been getting me all the care I need and I have a good QME report thus far although I don't have a rating yet. I feel it may be best if I am represented now that they have given me a deposition not knowing what they are fishing for there may be more deposition to come. My concern is I am happy with my pain management doctor and my QME doctor and If I hired an attorney I am afraid they may send me to their doctors and an AME doctor. I don't want to be pushed back thru the system to start over. I have been dealing with them now for almost 3 years come August. Good Feedback is appreciated. I do live in California.
