Open Question: I was denied my unemployment benefits.?

I worked for a company for only two weeks and they discharged me through an email. They stated that I was not fully trained or independently productive. My former employer told EDD that I was discharged due to my attendance but nowhere in the email is that stated. I missed two days of work due to being ill and one of those days I was sent home for throwing up at work. Please help....
