Open Question: gap return policy...can i return this for a full refund!!?!?

io just bought a pair of shorts from gap last week. i have the receipt but stupid me pulled the tags off without thinking... i still have them loose though... can i still return it buy giving them my receipt and the tags even though they aren't attached to the shorts ???? i bought them like ...4 days ago? thanks!
