Open Question: Dead Peasant insurance?

This scheme about business taking life insurance on their employee is this Legal? Are Banks doing this? And is this scheme sold as share called blue ships investment? Let say a Health Insurance buy in Dead Peasant insurance.share..and let say one day Your Health Insurance is in this scheme, wouldn't it be in their own interest not to give you the required treatment to save your life??
